For over twenty years my life has been completely immersed in the professions of healthcare administration and support operations, risk, quality, public safety, strategic development, information and infrastructure security, emergency management and preparedness, c-suite and asset protection, and governmental policy and social affairs. While each area maintains its own unique mission and set of challenges, it has been my experience, many times over, that they all do in fact coexist within the broader spectrums of strategy and operations, planning and policy, and preparedness and response. Best practices and lessons learned have enabled my teams to further embrace the endless evolution of our offensive and defensive mindset, all the while having both the foresight and the ingenuity to better plan for the future that lay ahead.
